Acts as the legal advisor to senior management. Analyzes, advises, and handles legal issues arising in all functional areas.

Requirements

Juris Doctor degree from accredited law school.

Valid law Arkansas Bar Association license.

4+ years practice with an established law firm/practice in the corporate arena or proven equivalent experience in a similar corporate in-house counsel role.

Broad experience with corporate governance issues and corporate law.

Strong negotiating skills with both legal and financial/commercial issues
