We are looking for General Counsel to be an integral part ofour business development, legal solutions, compliance and contractual management. TheGeneral Counsel will ensure that the company and executive staff are currentwith all business process laws and regulations nationwide. Will conduct legalresearch and direct company on statutes and regulations affecting businesstransactions.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Provide expert and strategic legal advice on all mattersaffecting the company

Advise executives and senior management on execution ofagreements, contracts, HR and legal topics

Perform pre-litigation work to minimize risks and maximizelegal rights.

Evaluate and weigh inputs and impacts of any decision orcourse of action

Review advertising and marketing materials to ensurecompliance

Oversee ethical alignment of the company as a whole

Play a key role in the future development of the company,pending mergers and acquisitions, and changes in policy.
