General Counsel

The General Counsel will:

Participate in the definition and development of corporate policies and procedures.
Serve as key lawyer/legal advisor on all major business transactions.
Assume ultimate responsibility for ensuring Roundstone conducts its business in compliance with insurance regulatory laws and regulations in all fifty states.
Develop the quality and manage the efficiency of Roundstone’s assistant general counsel.
Oversee the selection, retention, management and evaluation of outside counsel.
Advise on Roundstone’s current and future business structures and legal entities.
Work with the Roundstone executive(s) to define a successful strategy for court cases filed against or on behalf of the company.
