Reviews analysis of activities, cost, operations, metrics, and forecasts data to determine progress toward strategic goals and amends direction and strategies as required. Confers with the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Program Officer to review achievements and determine required changes in goals and objectives.

Perform as a strategy developer and implementer.
 

Establish and review key strategic priorities and translating them into a comprehensive strategic plan.
Monitor the execution of the strategic plan.
 

Facilitate and driving key strategic initiatives through inception phase.
 

Develop inclusive planning processes.
 

Translate strategies into actionable and quantitative plans.
 

Act as a resource across an organization to increase broad cohesion for strategic plan.
 

Develop external relationships within the health services industry and community to ensure opportunities for innovation and service delivery.
 

Coordinate and manage all legal services for the organization.
Advices CEO and Board on legal matters.
Serve as principal liaison with external stakeholders related to contracting for services.
Liaise with outside attorneys as directed by the CEO.
Responsible for developing internal controls and processes in the area of contract administration.
Responsible for reviewing legal charges and lawsuits.
Coordinates with human resources on employee related allegations and charges.
Responsible for overseeing claims and charges with appropriate insurance agencies.
Reviews government proposals and works with the development department on government proposals and certain fundraising initiatives.
Oversee the area of Risk Management for Chimes. This includes workers compensation claims, OSHA, safety and security for Chimes properties.
Stays current on regulatory and policy environment.
 

REQUIREMENTS

Advanced degree: JD, MBA, MHA, MPA, or similar degree required.
Prior experience in similar role as well as experience collaborating with an executive team.
Development and implementation of strategic initiatives at an executive level.
Project management and change management expertise.
Exceptional relationship development skills and ability to engage government and community leaders and the Boards for Directors.
Extensive experience in managing and directing complex situations and synthesizing ambiguous information to solve problems and develop solutions.
Knowledge and skills in facilitating partnerships with collaborative businesses to ensure excellent value in health services delivery.
Demonstrated business acumen.
Superior presentation, conceptual, analytical, change management, and organizational skills.
Ability to ensure attention to multiple priorities and implement projects while maintaining focus and depth in key areas.
Experience in health services/behavioral healthcare sector.
10 years legal experience.
