Summary
 
Ruan is currently seeking a Vice President and General Counsel responsible for leading strategic and tactical legal initiatives.  This important role will provide senior management with sound advice on company strategies and their implementation, manage the legal function, and, obtain and oversee the work of outside counsel.  The General Counsel is part of the senior leadership team and is directly involved in business transactions and negotiating critical contracts.
 
Requirements
Juris Doctor degree from accredited law school; license to practice law.
Minimum 6-9 years’ leadership and business transactions; experience with transportation, negotiations, employment law, claims, and, litigation particularly helpful.
