General Counsel

Certified Collectibles Group is a multi-divisional global company with a rapidly growing international presence.  CCG is seeking an experienced In-House General Counsel who will be responsible for negotiating, writing, reviewing, summarizing, researching and executing a wide variety of documents and agreements for our organization. 
 
Essential Functions
Draft, review and negotiate contracts such as Submission Non-Disclosure, License, and other Service agreements.
Direct efforts by the company’s outside legal counsel, including international representation.
Review legal matters potentially affecting the company and provide guidance to senior management.
Advise executives on contract status, legal risks and business terms of various deals.
Ensure legal objectives are met.
Research unique legal issues impacting the organization by identifying applicable statutes, judicial decisions, and codes.
Knowledge and Skills
Strong knowledge of and experience with commercial contracts.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work efficiently and adjust to an ever-changing list of priorities.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to make sound business decisions after a thorough yet timely review of the subject matter.
Must have a careful attention to detail.
Must be highly motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Qualifications
Juris Doctor and member in good standing of Florida Bar.
5+ years of full-time commercial legal experience.
