Chief Legal Officer

The Chief Legal Counsel ensures the correct interpretation of, and compliance with the various policies, rules and regulations of the Credit Union in the mobilization, investment and management of its financial resources. Provides legal advice, manages litigation, retains outside counsel, and works closely with Leadership to ensure legal compliance and to respond to disputes. Interprets complex facts and law in areas of high ambiguity, independently handles and manages key legal strategy, negotiations, due diligence and drafting of agreements. Key member of Credit Union Leadership.
