Advanced Reimbursement Solutions (ARS) a wholly owned subsidiary of Pantheon Global Holdings LLC (PGH) is looking for a Chief Legal Officer to assist its Law Group with contracting, employment, and business management duties.  The primary duties of the Counsel will be drafting and reviewing general business, client, vendor contracts and negotiating with various partnership groups. 

Summary

Advanced Reimbursement Solutions (ARS) a national healthcare reimbursement company is seeking a Corporate Counsel, the position will support the company with legal analysis, research and drafting while working in a creative entrepreneurial setting. The position will address issues including corporate governance and compliance, contracts, healthcare law, evolving partnerships with medical doctors, surgery centers, mergers and acquisitions, or other practice areas related to the healthcare field. This position will entail effective negotiation skills, collaborative contribution as part of a legal team within the various companies associated with ARS team and working with individual doctors and their partnerships.

Essential Functions

Draft, review and negotiate contracts relating to partnerships on a national basis.
Provide legal support and advice to the operations and corporate office on legal matters.
Analyze and identify legal risks and their implications.
Draft legal memorandum on key issues.
Draft company policies and ensure the policies and related activities are in compliance with law.
Remain current in terms of new business laws and regulations applicable to the company in multiple jurisdictions and apprise management of changes that may impact the company or its operations.
Manage and coordinate legal work done by outside counsel.
Provide support to human resources on employment matters.
Provide advice and support on corporate governance and treasury functions for company group.
Performs other duties as required.

Preferred Candidate:

Licensed member of the State Bar of Arizona;

10-15 years of experience working in a firm or in-house legal department;

Experience working with, Healthcare-related field a plus
