General Counsel

In charge of all legal functions of the company. Work closely with CEO and senior executives to provide legal advice and input on decision-making issues affecting the company such as strategic initiatives, capital investments, growth opportunities, legal compliance and litigation. Identify, structure, negotiate and implement complex transactions critical to securing and enhancing the long-term growth. Negotiate and draft strategic partnerships, joint venture and corporate financing contracts, and software development software licensing and commercial contracts agreements. Oversee outside legal resources.

J.D. or equivalent, CA Bar admitted, 5 years experience w/start-up and tech companies including experience in technology transactions, internet related legal and business issues, Venture Capital.

40 hrs/wk, $132K/yr. National telecommuting: applicant may reside anywhere in the U.S. and perform work exclusively from the applicant’s home.
