General Counsel

What we’re looking for:
Providing senior management with effective advice, you will assist in developing, implementing, and assessing strategic company goals. You will manage the legal functions of all Sinclair companies and oversee the work of outside legal counsel as needed. As we continue to grow, you will be directly involved in complex business transactions in negotiating critical contracts.

What you’ll need:
You will need a Juris Doctor degree and a minimum of five plus years general corporate, contract and employer-employee law, or any similar combination of experience.
