Under the direction of the Tribal Council, the incumbent provides legal services and advice for the MPTN and its entities personally or through subordinates. Law degree from ABA approved law school. Ten (10) years of government, private or corporate practice. Admitted to practice law in MPT Tribal Court. A clear knowledge of Indian Law, business law, real estate and governmental issues is preferred. Please note that we have designated this position as a "key" position pursuant to the Tribal and Native American Preference Law.
