Co. is recruiting for General Counsel who will be responsible for providing legal advice to executive and senior management team regarding a variety of matters including: negotiation and governance of dealer agreements, customer contracts and other commercial contracts; corporate transactions; business activities; insurance matters; litigation; governmental compliance; employee relations; development and implementation of corporate policies. Other functions include
Manage outside counsel, including decisions regarding staffing and strategy
Proactively identify legal risks and develop mitigation strategies across organization
Job Requirements
J.D. from ABA accredited law school
Minimum 4 years of practice with established firm
Membership in the State Bar of Georgia
