In House General Counsel

Mendocino Coast District Hospital (MCDH) is seeking a full time, qualified attorney interested in providing hospital legal counsel.

 MCDH is a critical access hospital and acute care facility accredited by The Joint Commission located in the scenic Northern California City of Fort Bragg, approximately 165 miles north of San Francisco.

 Must be a California licensed attorney in good standing with at least 7 years of experience.  Must be knowledgeable in public entity law, including the Brown Act and the Government Claims Act; public contract and construction law; insurance coverage; hospital regulatory compliance; patient privacy rights; employee workplace rights; Board of Directors and Administration functions and duties; Healthcare law.
